SHIPPING

do you ship internationally?

Yes!  I am shipping worldwide, except for countries on the DHL service suspensions list.  If you don't see a shipping option for your country during checkout, please email me or use the contact form.

international customs fees/duties/taxes

Please understand if you are an international customer, you are responsible for paying any customs fees, taxes or duties once the package reaches your country.  International packages often clear customs no problem, but if the package is held at customs this is the buyer's responsibility.

Pretty please keep an eye on the tracking for your order.  I also suggest you add your phone number to your shipping info so your local post office can contact you if needed!

For UK, EU, and other customers in countries with value-added-tax (VAT), please read the VAT Notice before ordering.

how long will it take for my order to arrive?

I typically pack and ship orders in 5 business days.  However, it may take up to 8-10 business days for me to pack and ship your order depending on the quantity of orders I have to pack.  Thanks for your patience and understanding! 

Once I drop the order off at the post office, GER orders may take up to 1 week, EU up to 1-2 weeks to arrive and international orders can take 2-6 weeks.  It will likely arrive earlier, but DHL often experiences delays and sometimes things get lost and need a little time to find its way to you.

Please reach out to me via email if you are still missing your order and I can help try to track it down for you!  The cheapest sticker shipping option will not have tracking, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

what shipping methods do you offer?

For small prints & sticker-only orders:  I offer affordable standard shipping with basis tracking (your order will ship via Deutsche Post/DHL in an envelope).  You may upgrade to registred shipping instead to get better tracking information for your order.

Stickers will be shipped in an envelope C6.
Fine Art Prints will be shipped in a cardboard shipping bag. 

If your order is stolen or lost by the postal service, it is your responsibility as a customer to file a claim with the Deutsche Post/DHL. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a replacement or refund as these incidents are beyond my control and financial means.  Thank you for your understanding!

PACKAGING/SUSTAINABILITY

how's my order gonna be wrapped up? 

All orders are eco-friendly packaged! Art prints get a fancy sleeve and board to avoid bends. Most orders will come in a flat mailer.

can I recycle the packaging from my order?

Yes!  Almost everything I use to pack orders with is curbside recyclable.  I pack most products in glassine bags (looks/feels like wax paper) which are recyclable.  I may use washi tape to secure items, and depending on your local recycling program, you may not be able to recycle this.  I recommend you reuse if possible :)
